Today, I’m going to give you 10 common expressions with the verb SER. Native speakers often use common expressions. So knowing them will improve dramatically your conversation skills. These are the ten expressions I’ve got for you today. Repeat after me:
eso es, that’s right, eso es
es de día, it’s daytime, es de día
es de noche, it’s nighttime, es de noche
es pronto, it’s early, es pronto
es tarde, it’s late, es tarde
¿qué hora es?, what time is it?, ¿qué hora es?
es lo mismo, it’s the same, es lo mismo
es lunes, it’s Monday, es lunes
así es, that’s right, así es
así es la vida, that’s life, así es la vida
