To log in successfully, clear the cache on your device. To find out how to do a refresh of the screen on your device, simply Google: “hard refresh [name of device]”. For Chrome on a desktop, for example, it’s “shift+command+R”. Then restart your device and log in to your course.

Log in to your account and click on Courses in your account dashboard. Your purchased course will be listed there.
Click the link that says “Forgot your password?” on the login page. Enter your email address and follow the instructions sent to your inbox.
Your username is the email address you used when purchasing. The payment notification you received when you subscribed was sent to that address. Go to your email inbox to check it.
First, choose the course you wish to join. Then click the button that prompts you to join, and you’ll get to the checkout page. There, fill in your details, complete the payment, and you’ll get access to the course immediately.
