1. Refund policy
All digital products and subscriptions sold directly by KERAPIDO.COM come with a 30-day guarantee. To get a refund for a product you’ve purchased directly through KERAPIDO.COM, please contact us through the Contact link on the bottom menu. You must include the invoice number, product name, and total amount, in your message. Those details appear on the invoice you received at the time of purchase.

2. Replacement policy
KERAPIDO.COM recommends that you keep a copy of any digital products purchased and downloaded directly from KERAPIDO.COM in a safe place. If you need a replacement copy, log into your account and download your files again.

3. Terms
You are prohibited from using any Content (referred to in these Terms of Use as “materials”) (including any recording, text, video content, caption information, keywords or other metadata associated with the Content) for any machine learning and/or artificial intelligence purposes.

In the event that KERAPIDO.COM were to cease trading, you may receive a partial refund for the days remaining on the first six months of your active Spanish Online Course subscription. Once your subscription has run for longer than six months no refund will be issued for any remaining days.

As a course subscriber, you are encouraged to submit questions related to your course content through its submission form. KERAPIDO.COM will endeavour to answer the most relevant and widely applicable questions. Highly specific questions, or those requiring extensive explanations, may not be addressed within the scope of your course. This policy is in place to ensure a focused and valuable learning experience for all students.

8. Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on KERAPIDO.COM’s web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. KERAPIDO.COM does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current.
