The most common problem & its solution
If you’re having trouble logging in, the odds are you’re having a cache problem. Clearing the cache with a hard refresh should solve the issue.
To find out how to do a hard refresh of the screen on your device, simply Google: “hard refresh [name of device]”. For Chrome, for example, it’s “shift+command+R”.
After clearing the cache, you might also want to restart your device. That’s a trick that will help you with all login issues on all websites.
