How to log in to your course every time

To solve the login issue you’re having, follow these simple steps. They’ll give you access to your course instantly.

1. Clear the cache on your device. To find out how to do a refresh of the screen on your device, simply Google: “hard refresh [name of device]”. For Chrome on a desktop, for example, it’s “shift+command+R”.

2. Then restart your device and log in to your course.

3. If the problem persists, make 100% sure you’re using the right username and password. If you have any doubts, change your current password. Your username is the email address you used to subscribe to your course.

If all that fails, try this:

1. Temporarily disable any ad-blockers or privacy extensions and try again.

2. Open the course on a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge), and open an Incognito / Private window on that browser (Google “how to open an incognito tab” if you need help with that). Log in to your course by typing in the correct username and password.

3. If that fails, open the course with another device (computer vs phone vs tablet). Log in to your course by typing in the correct username and password.

4. If that fails, open the course using another network (for example, mobile data instead of Wi-Fi). Log in to your course by typing in the correct username and password.
