In Spanish, object pronouns like “lo” (it) are attached to the end of the infinitive. That’s why we say “repetirlo”. This structure is common when making polite requests: verb + pronoun + por favor. You could also say: “¿Lo puedes repetir, por favor?” – Notice that in this case the pronoun “lo” goes before both verbs.
